Job Description :

Technical Skills:

• 3- 5years Network experience working on Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Candidate Must be CCNA Certified

• Experience in management of multiple related projects with multiple customers

• Experience in technology related to Title and Escrow, and Financial industries a plus

• Experience in large scale networks

• Experience with Network Design, Engineering and Implementation

• Experience with MPLS/ATM/Frame-Relay/VPN technologies

• Experience with Cisco Hardware

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Candidate should be willing to work in regular night shifts

Desired Qualifications:

• A plus if familiar with Microsoft access/SQL, Sniffer, Ethereal, Crystal Reports, and MPLS technology

• Database Skills a plus/ Web Skills a plus/ UNIX skills a plus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing various WAN technologies.  This includes, but will not be limited to  Frame-Relay, MPLS, ISDN, and PTP.

• Responsible for implementing various hardware platforms.  This includes, but will not be limited to

Cisco Catalyst switches, 7000 series, 3000 series, 2000 series, 1000 series, 800 series and other routers.

• Responsible for 2nd  level WAN implementation assistance and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for coordinating with onsite support, when required, by the customer.

• Responsible for customer relations and exceeding customer expectations for service and communication.

• Responsible for design and implementation of non-standard WAN deployments as requested by management

• Responsible for 100% compliance to change management and problem management process and procedures
