Job Requirement

Experience: 2.5 to 5 years

Job Location: Mumbai

Interview Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:

• Level 1 and Level 2 support of Middle and Back Office Operations applications.
• Analysis of issues and providing solution or recommending workarounds to business users.
• Creation and running ad-hoc queries/reports for the users.
• Monitoring of applications integrated with CMS (Central Monitoring System).
• SOB/ COB checks for applications supported
• Knowledge sharing with other team members.
• Participation in project activities like creation of new tools, automation, DR testing, etc
• Working shift patterns and rotating across teams to ensure maximum exposure to differing technical and business issues (24 X 7 on rota).

 Key Skills:

• Mandatory –
• Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL/ Sybase
• Basic Autosys
• Functional knowledge of trade life cycle in international markets – awareness of business concepts w.r.t. front, middle or back office trade activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player
• Proactive, Production support mindset
• Willingness to work in night shift (24*7 rota )
•  
• Nice to have –
• VB Scripts/Macros
• Business knowledge on settlement processing, reconciliations, confirmations

Support awareness of vendor applications like GLOSS, TLM
