1. Experience in Manual Testing 
2. Should be proficient in understanding business requirements 
3. Good knowledge in database 
4. Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, & analytical skills 
5. Knowledge of STLC/SDLC standards 
6. Strong commitment to quality and service 
7. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the
   ability to communicate complex ideas/processes in simple terminology
