Job Description	Analyse the business operations and produce functional specifications. To ensure product requirements documents as per company standards. Able to produce Acceptance test criteria inline with Customer business. Keeping up to date with latest industry trends and 4S product. Liaise with development team and system testing team to ensure the quality of the delivery Ability to do gap analysis between Customer business requirement and product features. Able to train the customer users in order to make them comfortable in using the system as per customer business requirement. To critically, analytically and creatively examine a bug/issue in the product and provide a solution as per customer SLA. To provide functional support and training to marketing and other departments. Able to document Functional documents, functional flow diagram, training material and User Manual. To Work hard and smart to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and company objective.
Experience level (in Years)	3-6 years in Customs domain either looking after import/Export operations in a Freight forwarding Company or as Customs agents, having awareness of Customs operation in at least 2 countries.
Skills Set  (Mandatory)	Good Written & Verbal communication (English) Good Negotiation and discussion ability Strong training capability Strong Analytical skill Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Visio and flow chart
